All About the Nigerian Writer; Her Story and Her Reality

This life is a Performance that, if not properly documented, will fade away and be forgotten forever.

It's a superhero story in which, fortunately, everyone is a character with a specific role.

My role in this play is that of a Nigerian writer who is here to tell her story and her reality. My role is that of a writer who tries to imagine that her fears are also the fears of others and would like to voice them out through writing.

In this performance called Life, I am a simple girl, not sophisticated, not complicated, shy, and scared of disappointments. I tell myself daily that I am a good person. I say it like an anthem.

"But I am a good person, but I am a good person".

I always say these words and accept them with all my heart.

But the real question should be, 'What if I am not? What if I am the worst person ever?'

-----------------------

Every day, people fight with their fears, hopes, and aspirations. But if we could talk about our worries and problems instead of keeping them all to ourselves, this performance titled 'Life' wouldn't be so hard after all.

This way, all the Characters can be happy, determined, and appreciative of whatever comes their way.

The truth is, life can be precious, sweet, fun, amazing, exciting, lively, and so many other beautiful things, but this is only if we let it. If we keep drowning in our fears and are blind to all the beautiful wonders of life, then life only becomes a nightmare.

I don't want to be scared anymore.

I don't want to keep hiding and being sad every day about things I want but can't get, things I have yet to achieve, and things I wish I could be.

What I want as a Nigerian writer who is trying to tell her story and her reality is to try to voice it all out loud in writing and help anyone I can with my words. I want to give everyone a million reasons not to let go because the truth is that everyone needs a backbone.

Who knows, with a little bit of support, we might see that this world isn't so bad after all.

Feel free to tell us your own role in this play called Life, Your Story and Your Reality.

Why Miss Universe 2024 Matters to Nigerians all around the world

Why Miss Universe 2024 Matters to Nigerians Everywhere Hmm, where do I begin writing? Do I go straight into my thoughts about why Miss Universe 2024 Matters to Nigerians, or should I write about where I have been these past few years?
