Why are Birds So Beautiful?

Do you sometimes ask yourself, Why are Birds Beautiful? 

We admire them because of their freedom and because they seem to have little or no worries. 

Most of the time, a bird's life is what we all imagine our lives to be. 

Let's switch from merely writing about why birds are so beautiful to the song "Beautiful Birds" by Passenger and Birdy. I really can't get enough of this amazing song.

• Do you remember when we were two beautiful birds? 
• You said you loved all the songs that I sing, it's like nothing you have ever heard 
• To build a nest we pecked feathers from our chest, like a book tearing out every page. 
• One day you asked for a different song, one that I just couldn't sing.

Generally, beautiful songs eat deep into my soul and make me think beyond the surface level, beyond what every other person feels and how they see a particular situation or experience. 

In this song, 'Beautiful Birds', we understand that their relationship was once a bed of roses until suddenly everything changed...

But then what next? NOTHING??? Now that's the mistake! 

As kids, we never really had worries. Our worries were that we badly needed better toys than our friends and that we were tired of always taking naps. 

Until we got older and wished we never grew up, 

Why? 

We begin to experience life and how unbearable it really is, but then what next? (Please let it not be nothing.) 

In the song, the two lovers could be said to have accepted their fate, even though they obviously still have a spark. However, in this life, you are not allowed to take any situation that is not in your favour! 

If everyone had given up when there were challenges and difficulties, then there wouldn't be role models to look up to, amazing technology and facilities wouldn't exist, and we wouldn't even have such a modernized life as we have today.

YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL BIRD

' You have to build a nest with the feathers on your chest'? Well, that's fine, because you can nurse yourself afterwards in your new and beautiful home. 

'You are being asked of a different song that you can't sing'? Do not panic! Tell yourself you are perfect, and whatever you put your mind to, you can achieve it.

'They used to love all the songs that you sing,' and they probably do not anymore. It doesn't matter; keep singing. 

We are all still beautiful birds; all you need to do is to find that determination and then see yourself  soaring high.
